![]() So I called the customer service number only to get a woman who, well, English was not her strong suit. Huh? My email provided ample evidence of the order and requested explanation why no order ‘according to them' existed. ![]() I got a response quickly that apologized for my inconvenience and verified I was indeed a Passport member. Then was given instruction to email PROOF of billing. I spent an hour with the ‘chat folks' only to be told I never ordered anything. I never received a confirmation and then checked account only to find no order. I have also ordered many times from Personalization also excellent. ![]() I am a passport member and order from 1800Flowers frequently. Everything was correct on site and my bank immediately noted pending charge.
